I have lived an extraordinary life so far in my 18 years.
My journey began in the acting world.
I have graced a Broadway stage where I participated in an original cast of a new musical. I recorded the show’s soundtrack and performed in the Macy's Day Thanksgiving parade with the production. I appeared on the historic Grand Ole Opry stage in a touring production as a principal actress, as well as played parts in feature films and network television series. Most recently, I was a core member in a world premiere play at the renowned Steppenwolf Theatre.
Then, it led to filmmaking.
As a student creator, I have completed over 40 short films including narratives, experimental, music videos, documentaries, and more. I have won 20 regional (Chicago/Midwest) 1st Place Student Production Awards from the National Academy of Arts and Sciences (NATAS) and 7 National 1st Place NATAS awards for my projects and craft reels. I have also been recognized nationally by organizations such as Young Arts, Scholastic Arts & Writing, and the One Earth Film Festival.
Finally, I discovered photography.
This has just begun and has become a part of my creative trilogy where I intertwine photography and video. My work can currently be seen at the Chicago Architecture Center in the “Framed Views” exhibit where it was selected as a competition finalist.
